PRASANTHI COUNCIL & SRI SATHYA SAI WORLD FOUNDATION (SSWF)
In November 2004, Sathya Sai Baba established the Prashanthi Council as the managing body of the Sathya Sai International Organisation (SSIO).
In March 2006, He established the SSWF to oversee legal and financial matters relating to the SSIO.
INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEES
International Committees have been established under the auspices of the Prasanthi Council to focus on the specific areas identified by their names. Hence the International Education Committee oversees all the Sathya Sai Schools worldwide.
INSTITUTES OF SATHYA SAI EDUCATION (ISSE)
An Institute of Sathya Sai Education (ISSE) is part of a worldwide network of educational institutions, established to promote the principles and programs of Sathya Sai Education in Human Values (SSEHV) at primary, secondary and tertiary levels through both formal and non-formal channels of education including SSEHV community education. They are the chief resource base for professional guidance, support and oversight of Sathya Sai Schools.
SATHYA SAI SCHOOLS
A Sathya Sai School is a full-time, independent, private school that integrates secular education with spiritual education, fostering character development and the practice of human values in daily life, based on the spiritual teachings of Sathya Sai Baba.
Sathya Sai Schools are anchored onto the traditions and cultures of their respective countries or localities and subject themselves to government regulation following the official curriculum of local and national educational authorities and preparing children for national examinations at different educational levels.
